Seiryu stone with its white calcite veins pairs naturally with malaysian driftwood, while Controsoil provides the slightly acidic, nutrient-rich base stem plants and carpets need, with Controsand for a light foreground path. Add CO2 and strong light, and this box is high-tech ready from day one.

Planting guidance: build a sloped Controsoil base deeper at the back, rinse the seiryu thoroughly, and set the main stone group slightly off-center with the driftwood flowing from behind it. Use Controlock and Controglue to secure stacked joints. Cap the foreground with Controsand for a path, mist as you plant, and plant densely from the start: carpeting plants in front, stem plants behind, and epiphytes on the wood and stone.
