Tropica Bucephalandra sp. 'Needle Leaf' 1-2-Grow!
$16.99Price
Bucephalandra 'Needle Leaf' is a narrow-leaved Bucephalandra that, like other Bucephalandra, grows naturally on rocks or wood in rivers and streams on Borneo. It is an easy, slow-growing plant that prefers lower light levels and is treated much like Anubias in the aquarium. The narrow leaves and creeping rhizome make it a distinctive feature on hardscape. The rhizome must not be covered when planting, as this causes the plant to rot.
Care requirements: Difficulty: Easy (per Tropica). Light demand: Low. CO2 demand: Low; grows well without added CO2. Growth rate: Slow. Placement: Midground to background, attached to rocks or driftwood. Aquarium plant from tissue culture in closed cup.
