Tropica Ludwigia palustris 'Green' (Potted)

This plant is a variation of Ludwigia palustris 'Super Red' and has the same form and needs as its parent. It is an easy and reliable stem plant. Each stalk grows 2-4 cm wide and 10-30+ cm high. The plant readily creates side shoots, and trimming increases the amount, making the plant even denser. The cut-off shoots quickly generate new roots when planted. An interesting effect can be achieved by planting 'Green' next to 'Super Red'.

Care requirements: Difficulty: Easy (per Tropica). Light demand: Medium. CO2 demand: Low; grows well without added CO2. Growth rate: Medium. Placement: Midground to background (stem group). Height in tank: 10-30+ cm. Supplied as a plant in a 5 cm pot.
