Service Description

Immediate on-site response to stabilize your aquarium. Includes diagnostic and up to 1 hour of emergency labor. Additional labor and replacement parts billed separately upon arrival. Note: We prioritize stabilization and risk mitigation; livestock survival cannot be guaranteed in cases of advanced system failure.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please give us a 24hr notice in advance. If plant is not picked up within 10 days after set return date, plant is then donated.
