What does 'Uncommon' and 'Rare' mean?

Uncommon plants are specialty aroids and tropicals that are harder to find at big-box stores but available through specialty growers. Rare plants are limited-production cultivars, variegated forms, or species with very limited availability. Super Rares are the most sought-after specimens in the hobby.

When does my box ship?

Boxes ship within the first week of each billing cycle. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your box ships.

Are the plants pest-free?

Yes — every plant is inspected and treated before shipping. We take plant health seriously and stand behind every specimen we send.

Can I cancel or pause my membership?

Absolutely. You can cancel or pause anytime from your account page. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Do I get to choose my plants?

Plants are curated by Quaron based on what's currently available and in peak condition. If you have specific wishlist plants, you can note them in your account and we'll do our best to accommodate.
